FOCUS is the Young Men's Group of Project Q. What does FOCUS stand for, I mean is it an acronym? It is not an acronym, when coming up with a name for the group we went trough a series of names. After losing focus on the name process, a member of the group said "FOCUS Guys." And there it was...the name of the group in bold letters making if more visible and focused on like how we want the group to be. Now we are looking forward to a brand new year. As of now programming currently handed to the new staff member Warren until the group is ready and stable to come up with it own events. But still want to suggest ideas, e-mail to focus@projectq.org.
We are still focused on trying to build a safe space for young gay/bi/questioning males to feel comfortable. We also want to build a young gay/bi/questioning male community as well for support to make it in this world, to have each other back. We want the members to get involve, as it is your guys group as well. Here is FOCUS question to you...'What do you want this group to be about?'
